    At Forever Timeless Studios LLC, safeguarding the confidentiality of our work, projects, and associated matters is of paramount importance. As such, we wish to remind all clients, staff, and agents of their obligations regarding the protection of sensitive information.

    This confidentiality requirement is mandatory for all individuals associated with Forever Timeless Studios LLC. Access to our facilities, projects, or commencement of work is contingent upon agreeing to and adhering to these confidentiality policies, either verbally or in writing as stipulated by the brand.

     

     

    It is imperative that no information pertaining to Forever Timeless Studios LLC, including but not limited to project details, client information, proprietary methodologies, recipes, locations, or structural details of our work, be disclosed to any external parties without prior authorization from an appointed agent or staff member.

     

    Breaches of confidentiality pose significant risks not only to the integrity of our operations but also to the safety and security of our team and projects. Therefore, strict adherence to our confidentiality policies is non-negotiable.

     

    Violation of these confidentiality policies may result in serious consequences. Specifically, a breach may lead to a violation fee ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 to settle out of court. Additionally, the individual responsible for the breach will be held accountable for covering all legal expenses incurred by Forever Timeless Studios LLC, as well as any damages resulting from their actions.

     

    We trust that all members of our community will uphold these standards with the utmost diligence and integrity. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, termination of employment, or the termination of our business relationship with clients.

    Sessions are deleted after 24 hrs, please make sure to take your sessions and delete files from computers.

    we only keep Session files if our engineers are developing the record or mix & mastering.

       - All communication with external contacts and clients must go through authorized personnel. 
       - Under no circumstances should any team member reach out to our contacts without prior approval from Forever Timeless Studios LLC management.

    3. **Confidentiality and Professionalism:** 
       - Any information shared within the team must be treated as confidential and not disclosed to external parties without proper authorization.
       - Defamatory statements or false representations regarding any member or project will not be tolerated and may result in serious consequences.

    We take violations of these policies seriously. Any individual found to be in breach of these guidelines may face disciplinary action, including termination of their association with Forever Timeless Studios LLC and potential legal remedies for any damages caused.

    Forever Timeless Studios LLC

    All payments must be submitted & cleared upon booking otherwise we hold a percentage on masters for what's created in our locations & intellectual properties.

    Credits must be given on all platforms & networks.

    Clearance must be GRANTED by our business advisors before a projects release,

    Late fees apply.

    Signature tag of the brand must be applied on all Content created by the brand.

    After 6 months to a year has passed any demos created by anyone from the brand will be dropped from pitching and be released.

    Any co-writer involved in less than 5 percent of the writing process of the intellectual property of our writers will not have any type of authority on clearing the intellectual property of  the original writer/editor.

    Credits and percentages will be given and credited accordingly. By creating or sharing any data/information you are agreeing to our terms.

    Storage fee & Late fees may apply on items stored at our locations.
